This site is intended for licensed insurance producers, PEO and ASO organizations, and carrier partners. It is not an offer of insurance to the general public and is not a solicitation in any state where ERA is not licensed to transact.

By submitting a file you represent that you are the producer of record or otherwise authorized to share the information, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
ERA triages and packages submissions. All underwriting, rating, quoting, and binding decisions are made by the PEO, ASO, or carrier that writes the risk, on that market's paper.
Nothing on this site — including check-fit results, appetite descriptions, or turnaround statements — is a quote, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage or placement.

Content on this site is general information about wholesale distribution, not legal, tax, actuarial, or employment advice. Risk management and claims advocacy capabilities are advisory in nature and engaged only under a separate scope of work.
