Who we are

Employer Risk Advisory, LLC ("ERA," "we," "us") is a licensed insurance wholesale distributor headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. This policy covers employerriskadvisory.com, the agent portal, and information submitted to our deal desk.

Agent and partner contact data: name, agency, work email, phone, producer license number, states written, and the diligence details submitted with an application.
Submission data: employer census, payroll by class code, loss runs, experience modification data, declaration pages, and related underwriting documents supplied by a producer on behalf of a client.
Site data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events used to measure whether the site is working.

To screen a risk against the written appetite of contracted markets and route qualifying submissions to those markets.
To contract, license-verify, and support producers in the agent network.
To respond to inquiries, deliver requested guides, and provide status on open files.
To meet licensing, recordkeeping, anti-fraud, and other legal obligations.

Contracted PEO, ASO, and insurance carrier markets, only to the extent required to obtain an indication or place coverage.
Service providers that host, secure, or transmit data on our behalf under written confidentiality obligations.
Regulators, or others where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use submission data for marketing to your clients.

Where a submission includes protected health information, ERA handles it under a HIPAA Business Associate Addendum executed as part of the producer agreement. Census and benefits data are restricted to the personnel and markets that need them to evaluate the risk.

Documents are transmitted and stored through access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, with journaled access on submission files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report any suspected exposure to the desk immediately.

Submission and placement records are retained for the period required by insurance recordkeeping rules in the applicable states, and then destroyed. Marketing contact data is retained until you ask us to remove it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from any non-transactional email.
Requests that concern a client's underwriting file should come through the producer of record.

We use essential cookies and aggregate analytics events to measure site performance. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
